The journey will begin with a gentle cacao ritual to invite you into your senses, your body, and open your heart. Through bio-dynamic breathwork, you will awaken your energy, stir your sensuality, and connect to your creative life force. Flowing into a sensual movement practice, you will unashamedly embrace your expression and experience the pleasure of your body.
To close this magical evening, we’ll celebrate with a special B2B DJ set, featuring myself and the incredible DJ Goddess Minja, blending music that uplifts and inspires. A sacred fire will be lit to support the process of letting go and transmuting all that holds you back, creating space for your fullest expression.
This is a night to gather as a circle of womxn, to unravel all that does not belong to you and weave together an empowered, intentional beginning to your journey ahead.

Come join us for the very first eXstatic: Dance & Cacao Night event! Find your eXpression on the dancefloor, immerse yourself in the magic of cacao and let the power of movement bring you on a journey of self-discovery and connection.
This event will take place at the Leinster Cricket Club, a perfect space near the heart of the city.
What to Expect:
Dance Freely: No dance experience required, this is your space to express yourself freely on the dancefloor. Let the music guide you as you move however your body desires, free from judgment and full of eXpression.
DJ Set: DJ Elfé will guide us on a journey deep into our bodies with a dynamic mix of music. Expect everything from downtempo beats to uplifting Afro house, tribal rhythms, and emotive melodic.
Cacao: Before we begin dancing, we'll be serving a delicious cacao elixir. This heart-opening medicine will help you connect more deeply with yourself, your body and the music, setting the tone for a night of true eXstatic embodiment.
Community Connection: After the dance, we'll gather to connect and share. This is your space to find your tribe and build meaningful connections. Come with an open heart and discover a sense of belonging <3

No Talking on the Dance Floor: The dancefloor is a space for movement and connection beyond words. Please keep conversations to the designated chill-out areas.
Respect Personal Space: This is a judgment-free zone. Dance how you feel, and respect the space and choices of others.
No Alcohol or Substances: We aim to create a pure and clear environment. Please refrain from bringing or consuming alcohol or substances.
Come as You Are: Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and free. This is your space to be authentically you. Self-expression is HIGHLY encouraged, if you want to dress up or wear your sexiest outfit please do. We are here to celebrate all of YOU.
